Some of us have some bad habbits..
For excample:smoking.
Or..drugs..Or drinks..or..whatever is that..
Some of us saying...{most to hear themselves}
-I`ll stop it today-
Some..they try hard to succeed..
ome others quit easily in the first day...
Let me tell you something..
You Have to WANT to cut it off..!!!
Me smoking about 30 years.
I tried many many times to stop smoking...
Was worthless..!!!
The reason is....
I like smoking !!!
So...don`t say lies to yourself and the others...
If you wont to cut it out...
you`ll never will !!!
That the truth is.!!!!
That counts in every other "habbit "
you might have got along your years...!!!
Trying..it`s not bad...
But you have to really WANT it happen !!!
