if what you were is not enough to satisfy you any more..
Try to make you better as a person.
Not welthy and more good looking for others..
But for your own sake..
to feel good with yourself,by yourself !!!
Try to change some simple habites you`ve got till now..
{and you are not so proud of..}
Like,the way you feed yourself..
Sometimes,even the best food must not
be so good for you..
Be useless to your organism...
eating not healthy stuff as candies..and choco..
By the way..do you know..
that sweets and specially choco...
is needing for people under much pressure ??
As students during their excams..
Or by people with depressed symptoms...??
try to eat more healthy foods..
walking more..not necessary to running..!!
have a good breakfast in your mornings,
keeps your energy high for your day`s
responds..!!
Eat before go to bed at night,
less 4 hours before sleeping time..
and if it`s possible..
only fruites,a yogurt or a salad,is pretty enough..!!
By that way..you`ll see very soon results.
First in your way of walking and breathing..
and after as you`ll start loosing weight..
will successfully surpises you !!!
