and i `ll explain here.. my theory..
When you always offer
 a piece of your welthies to others..
During a relationship..
or a friendship..
even to a stranger one..
it has no matter when..
or how... you might receive some
of your "well done" back..
Some of us believe..that by give to others..
immediately the good comes back to them.
Wrong..!!
You have to never wait to get back..
You are doing good because you love and like
that you do..!!
No rewards or bravo here.

You may lose your good soul for ever..!!
Do that pleases your heart..
Even with  no rewards for return..!!

Sitting on my chair..and thinking of my life...
So hard to explain to myself sometimes..
Why am i doing this..??
Why am i keep on thinkng of bad memories from my past...
that they have  hurted me so much !!!
Why to keep thinking of bad people,with evil minds and actions...
which still trying to do me harm !!!
Why i don`t have power enough to defend myself..
under that kind of circumstances..??
Am i so stupid and cant handle these..???
Wherever happens to me hurts so much !!!
I`m probably crying for days...

So..i decided to stop it..with any cost !!

Eveybody..has a PAST.
When you really LOVE him.
You RESPECT that !!!
When you FEEL..him or her..Be in bad mood..
YOU KNOW..!!!
He pissed off ...EASILlY..
He doesn`t Be like before..!!
When you FEEL him so...
Don`t IGNORE these Symptoms..!!
That means..You have to do..NOTHING.!!
Yes..NOTHING..at all.!!!!
Every one of us..has a PAST..
RESPECT it..!!!
We don`t have the same MOOD everytime..
Be there..is pretty enough sometime.
Support is all they need in that time.
Even they don`t admit it..!!!
It happens to me..many times...And still does !!!!
Just ..Be  there..is ALL they NEED !!!!!
Every ONE..has his own moments..
TRY to UNDERSTAND..and HELP them..
with the WAY you FEEL in that TIME of NEED !!!!
Sometimes..with nothing to have to say..
is better than say a lot.
Just..BE THERE..is aLL they WANT !!!
Because ALL of US..WE have something ..
carring on ..on our SHOULDERS during the years..
TRYING to AVOID them...and move on..
